Cultivate the Family on an ecologically regenerative yoga farm in the heart of Vermont.

A holistic vacation, integrating educational and creative practices through Yoga, Meditation, Nutrition, Art, Music, Community, Leadership, Sustainability, Nature, and Wildlife, this unique retreat experience balances programming designed to engage children, parents, and families as a whole.

Investment begins at $3395 for a family package of 1 Adult & 1 Child.

Each additional adult adds $2170. Sliding discount applies for each additional child: second child $1225, third child $1100, fourth child $1040 and so on.

Base Rate/Package for Family week is 1 Adult and 1 Child = $3395

To be in the Family Retreat, you must be at least one adult and one child.  

Additional adults are added at  $2170

Additional children are added with a sliding discount for multiples, for example

  • The second child is full rate at $1225
  • The third child is at 10% off $1100
  • The fourth child at 15 % off $1040

*Shuttle Transportation from Burlington is $50 through our Prius door-to-door services or through Uber.

Cancellation Policy: Full payment is required to reserve your reservation for the program. You may receive a full refund minus a $45 processing fee up to one month prior to the program. Any cancellations after that are not eligible for a refund. If the student finds another participant to take his/her spot at the same cost, a refund may be available. Metta Earth is nestled in the quietude of the mountains, the stunning headwaters of the New Haven river with abundant waterfalls and pools for swimming, wilderness trails to walk or bike, and 158 acres of Metta Earth land to explore.

Meals are vegetarian and lovingly prepared with seasonal, local and organic foods, much of our food comes from our own 3⁄4 acre organic garden and farmstead. Participants assist and have the opportunity to learn about harvesting, cooking, putting food by, and other aspects of organic, local food.

Options for sleeping accommodations include shared peaceful rooms in the main Metta Earth house, shared space in one of the yurts, or space to set up your own tent.

The Metta Earth main house provides bathrooms, laundry, phones, wireless internet, library, kitchen and dining facilities, and teaching, study, and practice space.
